Returns

We want you to love your purchase!!!

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under very limited circumstances.

  • All returns must be in their original unopened packaging for hygiene and safety reasons. Any items that have been opened, used, or are missing their original packaging will not be eligible for return. 
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. After this period we are unable to process any returns.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges We understand that sometimes you may need a different item. We do allow exchanges under the same conditions as our return policy. See policy conditions above.

If you'd like to request an exchange please contact us first at iiimarimink@gmail.com to ensure availability. We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

For quality concerns or incorrect items received, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

To start a return, you can contact us at iiimarminks@gmail.com. If your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
